Reliance Pros is operated by Reliance Restoration Inc.

Booking Requests

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details, service descriptions, photos, address information, access instructions, and scheduling preferences.

Submitting a request does not guarantee professional availability, acceptance, pricing, or completion by a specific date.

Payments and Invoices

Displayed estimates, quotes, taxes, platform fees, credits, and final invoices may vary depending on job scope, site conditions, materials, and approved changes.

You agree to pay approved charges and any final invoice amounts that apply to your booking.

Cancellations, Reviews, and Preferred Pros

Cancellation options may depend on job status, professional availability, and timing. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on your actual experience.

Preferred pro features help request a professional you liked, but they do not guarantee availability or acceptance.

Disputes

Customers should raise concerns promptly and provide relevant photos, messages, invoices, or other records. Refunds or credits are not guaranteed and may require review.
