These draft terms are written for Ontario and Canadian launch planning. They are provided in plain English and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch. This policy explains what is and is not allowed on Reliance Pros.
Reliance Pros is operated by Reliance Restoration Inc.
Allowed Use
Use Reliance Pros for legitimate home service requests, professional applications, booking management, messaging, support, and related marketplace activity.
Information you submit should be accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the service being requested or performed.
Prohibited Use
Do not use the platform for fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, unlawful services, impersonation, attempts to bypass platform safety controls, or interference with platform systems.
Do not upload malware, misleading documents, non-consensual photos, or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
Enforcement
We may remove content, pause bookings, restrict messaging, suspend accounts, or contact authorities where needed to protect users, professionals, the platform, or the public.
